Tony D’Agostino.

TD Consultancy was established in 2008. Tony’s background includes setting up and managing frontline drug and alcohol services, followed by his role as Director of Training and Development at the national charity COCA.

Alongside practice, Tony has a strong academic foundation. He is a former lecturer in social psychology at Nottingham Trent University, holds an MSc in Research Methodology and is an accredited practice teacher. He has also worked as an assessor at South Bank University.

That combination shapes the training: current evidence, practical application, clear explanation and enough space for professionals to test ideas against the realities of their own services.
